It really depends, some players can use 20 minutes pws and make something cool, for example /pw Streamlines was made in under 20 minutes, other players will just try to fill their pw with random blocks. Ramping the time up a bit would be cool in my opinion, and could bring more fun, engaging pws.

People are saying those dates because those are the days that kitpvp hits its 6-month cycle. Reset isn't conformed on those days, that's just the rough area of when to expect reset.
