you can't ask for a specific staff rank when you apply. everyone that applies for staff starts as trainee and works their way up. if someone gets a higher up staff rank without going through all the stages that those who apply do, its probably an alt of a current or ex staff member or someone...

purchase support tickets may take some time to get a response because only a small amount of staff members can handle them

this ^ + the post says "whilst you might catch feelings for someone that is not an excuse to date someone much older or younger" and he did in fact (claim to) lie about his age to be with someone a bit older so the post still applies to the situation

i am genuinely hoping the server improves from here on. i've always loved the community and server as a whole and it has sucked seeing the server fall apart recently. i hope mega being demoted results in near-future improvements for the server.

i wish the best of luck to all the staff members that resigned today and to those who may in the future. you all did the right thing and i really hope to see this server become better in the future with new management. it sucks that everything happened this way.
