I've been waiting for 77 days. Pretty sure you have no clue what you're talking about and just following what others say. With Apex gone from the staff team, it could most likely take 100 days per blacklist appeal to be responded to.

Most people on the server are 10, it's not like they know how to do anything else but support their master.

People don't try to address this issue. Why? Because if they do they'll most likely get their appeal instantly denied.

3 months is too long regardless. It should never take this long.
