Idk they have staff they are just in vanishes. Main reason for all the lag is bc of the anti cheat and bots. Tons of bots join and spam chat and do things to lag the server plus antichrat doesn’t always catch them. Also the Corona virus is playing a big part in the lag as many people are playing...
