Are you certain you were banned because of the speed you were clicking? There could've been another reason if you're just assuming.

Jitter clicking is the only decent alternative but it can be uncomfortable for most people since you have to shake whole hand/finger. Double clicking is a feature available to some mice which registers multiple clicks as one and is bannable apparently. There really aren't any other clicking...

Incorrect. KitPvP rewards for chat reaction ranges from $100 - $2,000 only. I agree with increasing the amount you receive for other InvadedLands servers such as Skyblock and Survival so it better suits their economy instead.

Unlikely a reset since it would've been announced on the forums or discord. Probably just some maintanence for the server or the addition of new features.
