Aye I've been blacklisted and banned so many times to tell ya, if your main alt is not blacklisted or banned itself you should be good to go, but if it is i think you gotta make another application or ask a staff member for help

Honestly I don't even know how forums work I only have it to appeal for unbans/blacklists
