Honestly, staffs banning or muting people because they think they are doing right, but if they didn't do anything which broke the "rules" but got false ban or mute? That's a problem. Like before, if "A" didn't broke rules and some staffs said "its not bannable", but other staffs(ex: new, etc.)...
