Blacklisted 2 times before this and ban evading both times it has been resolved but new staff keep banning because they don’t know the situation

All these things DO go into account when looking for staff since invaded lands is a very kid based server as skeppy is the owner. Most servers look at your recent punishments and HOW YOU’VE improved from those mistakes and learned from them. The many other requirements are not that hard to meet...
