How long exactly has it been since you played? To my knowledge, your claims just don't randomly get removed or unclaimed and staff I do not think will just randomly do that unless a very good reason such as claim blocking or something. (Not sure the specifics on that though) I do not believe...

It is not being dishonest. If he gets banned for using the mod that should theoretically be fine as it is supposedly a client sided only mod, but if he does get banned then all he has to do is remove the mod and appeal the ban explaining that he tried using this mod and got banned for using it.

If you get banned for using the mod, then you can remove the mod then appeal it. :)

It is a weird bug of some kind, but usually at least in my case, restarting your game seems to resolve this. You can give that a try and see what happens. I am sure it will be fixed at some point.

I do not believe you'd get banned from the Minecraft Server itself for being banned in the Discord server. Just wait for a response on your appeal and everything should be good. If your account was compromised but no longer then I don't see why they wouldn't unban you.
