The purpose of the EU proxy is not to get lower ping, it was implemented so that EU players can have more stable connection to the server.

What @Lonq said is correct. Bow boosting to the platform is only punishable if you are trying to escape combat, however if you're not clearly escaping combat I wouldn't recommend it anyways.

There's no plans on adding this in the near future. In my opinion, 20 minutes is sufficient for most peoples' needs and if you really want to make an aesthetic player warp or have more time, you're more than welcome to buy one off the store.

There were a couple issues associated with player potion strengths, hence why it was removed. However, this has already been noted for future updates.
