Its not a bug, it is intended that items despawn faster. Have your friend message me in-game or on discord and I can give him a free set of Prot 4 Neth Armor to hold him over until he gets another prot 7 set :)

I don't know what's going on with your case, but anytime I hang out with Staff, who are my close friends and not just randoms, they also take care of other players in chat and don't ignore anyone. They also have the right to not answer and hang out with their friends if they wish.

This situation has already happened, and the consensus has been the same; Killing any player who has pvp disabled (with the intention of killing them), whether through bugs or environment, or mobs, is considered Glitch Abuse and can get you punished. Includes using endermites, silverfish, dogs...

Go to your Minecraft logs, and look through the chat logs there to find the coordinates

When you use /rtp the chat will tell you the coordinates to where you randomly teleported to. Go through your chat history, find those coords and get to your items.

I highly doubt it was a false blacklist, they must have done something and are not telling you. Have them submit a Ban/Blacklist Appeal and staff will get to them on what they did.
