Submit a Ban Appeal

When you stack spawners, you are combining them into 1 single spawner that spawns multiple mobs based off of how many spawners are in it. You most likely have another creeper spawner (in the farm above?) that is stacking them in. If not, I recommend submitting a BUG REPORT
