1 - Every time you kill someone? that wouldn't work at all mainly being because if it is the slightest bit op, Nothing is stopping players from getting 5k+ kills a map each and completely ruining the economy more then it already is. Maybe a potion effect or item reward ever 100-200 kills or so...
