as someone who was admin, chargeback appeals do get left for sometimes even longer than 6 months with no response at times and are often false due to other people charging back on said person to intentionally get them blacklisted

on the forums normal staff cant access private messages unless it gets reported, then we would see that singular message that was reported. as for in game though, some staff would be weirdos and have socialspy on 24/7 which imo is weird. so just know ur always potentially being watched

You will have to earn your unban via the jail system - they likely won't accept an appeal because it is not a false ban
