For the health in duels, aware of the issues that have been bought up & I'm currently in contact with the development team we are looking into changing it. As for this, this is something we are looking at & not actually changed yet.

The changes are experimental to see how people react. We can make changes depending on how the community reacts. Once again, experimental as there was a lot of upvotes for this suggestion previously. I think this change will call for more strategic plays & will make fights more interesting as...

Maybe because if we don't comply with the EULA, then there won't be a network as such... meaning there would be no kitpvp at all. The changes that we have made, are the only changes we plan on making as to my knowledge we are now better at following Minecraft EULA & puts us in a better position...
