There are so many scammers, that staff can't take control of it. Also it's your own responsibilty & freedom how you interact with and trade/deal with others. Just be carefull with trades. Let this be a lesson to all.

If you can't afford ranks don't try to get them. The point of the ranks to buy them in the store. Staff can't do anything about the scamming deals.
