VPN by definition is Virtual Private Network, it basically changes ur location for example... U live in Germany and with Vpn, u can change ur location to the USA. Then when someone looks at ur IP it will show that u r in the USA. U can use VPN via many programs.

I mean chat is full of fanboys and spammers. But voice is worse, full of kids screaming in their mics, and u have no idea what they are talking about.
