No, they use Hydrogen you can tell by doing /api in game because AquaCore does not use an API like Hydrogen. TehNeon is definitely a way better dev and you can't change my mind. Edit: Viper's Stuff is just MineHQ's but skidded btw.

If you are cheating then you have an unfair advantage but the mods that are on Lunar and BLC usually don't give anyone an unfair advantage. It just makes it easier to view things like your potion effects, armor damage, coordinates, etc.
