One of the main reasons they probably took this out of the game was because you got teleport people into warp PVP and there was no way to fix it unless removing teleport features as a whole or removing warp pvp.

You most likely got denied for making this thread. Whenever you make threads about complaining over active appeals or asking staff to review them it ends up in a denial.

They probably haven't changed it yet since it most likely takes quite a lot of time and manpower to make an actual detailed, good looking map the size of the current one.

I like having them work. Makes things a lot easier.

You can buy them from the shop, obtain them from other players, win them from crates, find them in mineshafts, or find them in the nether fortress'.

Your skin will automatically update eventually. As for your username, you are not able to change it.
