yes i think its true, i won Hero on my alt and cant upgrade to Legend Rank. The Store doesnt know you got the Rank and Staff says there is no fix for that problem :(

Yes, there will be a reset. The seasons last about 6 months. but we are already over 6 months and nobody knows when a reset will happen. Staff wont tell us.

you still have the problem? bc that happens sometimes to me too but after a server restart its fixed for me. If you still have the problem, you should create a Bugreport here.
