Some chunks are loading and some aren't for some reason, wtf is going on???

I was banned for mute evading via sign for 7 days which i think is stupidly dumb and they should fix the muting system. (I was muted for Spam [Report] and i don't recall spamming once)

I have been muted without me even knowing that i was muted and i feel like there should be a warning before being muted. A mute shouldn't disable the messaging command or the /is tc command or whatever private way of contacting someone.A mute is supposed to make it so you cant talk globally but...
