Camping from a tree at spawn shooting at the people doing parkour?

So like I feel like a noob for asking but what can I do with a villager spawner? Is it mainly for Iron Golem spawners? Can I use them to afk with? Is there a certain type of villager I have to use?

I am not trying to disrespect staff or anyone cooperated with them but why has skyblock been so laggy recently? It was okay about a week or so ago but like the past few days it's been so hard to play and enjoy skyblock. People are getting 6,000+ ping and then just a minute ago skyblock legit...
