Do bans reset when the reset happens? I really want to play again

In these 2 vids I found on yt in like 2 minutes you can see random bans happening to players who are just walking/using their /fly. Ive been falsebanned too, and I can name quite some people who got banned just for hitting someone or even for standing AFK in the lobby. Anticheat = poo

Do bans reset after reset? I need to know, because otherwise ill have to save up for an unban.
