I was falsely blacklisted in August and haven't heard anything. I don't know why they would blacklist an everyday player who spent their own money often on the server. Let alone a false accusation. They haven't reached out to me and honestly, it's upsetting me. Staff let me know, please.

I got falsed for a chargeback, Ive just been waiting for a response. On the first day it got escalated and i havent heard anything sense; its been 5 days. I was just wondering so i dont have to check back in a few times a day just to check lol. Kind of a weird subject, sorry. I just am curious...
