I am a new member and i want to ask something.How i get from "new member" to "active member" ?

So i always wanted to become staff at invaded lands not just to see skeppy but to help the community of this server.I have recently joined the server and i must wait three months to apply for staff . But for the moment i joined i always try to know the players and staff and be part of this...

So i want to buy a vip rank for my account but the only payment method that i can use is paysafe, when i try to purchase the rank it only shows me the paypal method.What should i do ?
