its like being forced to read a book to pass a test, but it has like 7 different parts and each book is around 2000 pages, and everyone is talking about how there's a really good part in it and you are waiting for the good part but it never comes

I was playing and now ive seen people with it, but rarely. I wanted to get it so I checked /buy, but it wasnt there. How do people get that tag?
