You win a Looting IV or Unbreaking IV book from either crates or loot drops, but they're useless because they don't work. You apply the book in an anvil and it appears as Looting III or Unbreaking III. fixx they're useless.

the bulk buy discount is just a concept. it's the admins job to refine.

The more you buy of something a greater discount applies. e.g 1zp = 5m ea but if you buy 5 = 4.5m ea
