this probably wont be much advice, but always try to check if there are pesky tabs running while your on mc. Like, I had so many instances where I swear I closed the tab on google and then its still there! Really brings up the ping.

oof. maybe you could turn down settings? like render distance, and also theres this option in Lunar to use 100% of the computers memory when running, the default option is like 75 or something so that could work
