fix the anti-cheat, it bans people for no reason

Many people have been banned for no reason, Ban appeals get ignored.

What's the point of an anti-cheat if it doesn't work as intended

I agree that they should fix the anti-cheat, but the ban appeal you're talking about was not ignored. A moderator saw it and marked it as "Escalated" because moderators cannot handle anticheat-related issues. This is the opposite of "ignored", and it looks like Rikhard might even be online to deal with that stuff.
