I have 3 buttons on my mouse set to MouseButton1 so i can click 20+ cps is this allowed?

The anti-cheat discourages butterfly clicking (what you are doing) and you could potentially get false banned. I suggest that you don't do what you are doing right now.

No it isn’t allowed considering that gives you a in-game advantage over others. This is a abuse of macros.

it's basically asking to be banned, cause the anti-cheat will trigger so easily.

this will get you banned either from use of a macro that provides an unfair advantage, or the increased clicking speed which will trigger the anticheat.
