difference between ban and blacklist
A ban is due to less severe reasons, and when your banned only your UUID is banned. However, is a blacklist is for more serious reasons and it bans both your: UUID + Ip and any accounts linked to you.
also when ur blacklisted it generally takes more time for staff to accept or deny ur appeal. also when ur blacklisted im pretty sure u cant buy stuff from the store.
You can still buy stuff from the store, unless you are rightfully blacklisted for chargeback. Also, you can't buy unblacklists, but you can buy unbans.
