How do you make a discord appeal for a false ban? The staff never respond to my dms and I cant get in contact with them because I "dont share a server with them"

I literally was playing uhc with some friends and I got banend out of no where. I joined on my alt to get in contact with the staff and right after I messaged hyperflames, I got banned again.
So you're telling me that if the staff make a mistake on the discord, you cant go and appeal it? That's really skummy and not fair at all to people who haven't done anything and enjoy their time on the discord.

make a ban appeal in the ban appeal section and specify its for discord

Ive done that. Do you know how long it takes usually for them to respond?

You were playing UHC on Invaded? Got banned? Then ban evaded to find out why you were banned instead of making a ban appeal? And you are banned from the discord?

either way. You ban evaded, which I believe staff take that to serious extents. And you probably got banned for a reason even if it was last week, you could have said something inappropriate to an extent. Said something in a harassing context. Or said something in voice chat, racism. mic spamming. the reasons are limitless. I guess you could go into the ban appeal section and possibly try make an appeal there? I think there is a section for that although i could be wrong. If not then maybe asking a staff member but thats all I have to offer sorry.
I was on the invaded discord. And I didnt harass or say something inappropriate in vc
Also, I looked on the forums and theo nly appeals that were available were the ones for the server. I was already on the discord server with my alt before I was even banned.
Unless you can prove that I dont think anything is going to happen, you can try waiting a week and re-joining the discord if not then looks like you were Perm-banned. Sorry bud but after that then nothing can really be done. And as for your alt already being in the discord. It is still ban evading so that ban makes sense i guess. Sorry.
I just wish it was an easier process.
