Hub Addition

Hello,
I was thinking that we (and by we I mean Neon) add a feature where when you time out/disconnect to hub, the time and the timezone in which that time is in appears. I think that this will be helpful for people like me who afk for other people but get timed out and have no idea how much they are owed.

If this does get added, maybe it can go a step further with a command that changes the time to the timezone you have selected (for example /timezone (timezone).

It's not a bad idea however I feel it could be pretty useless.. Suggest it on the IPC discord
