About Discord and forums, instead, I think they've been kind of neglected, although I understand why; staff are already doing all they can, and on forums their time is occupied by reports, help threads, and ban and blacklist appeals.

I just think a few more staff members would be good. Look at Mineplex, they have 50+ moderators on at ALL TIMES! Like I realize they try their hardest, but there is only so much 5 mods can do.

That's probably why they opened staff applications. Unfortunately this kind of server requires the very best, so not many people pass this phase and even less eventually make it to moderator. I'd have loved to apply but unfortunately I probably won't be able to for a long time, if I will ever be able to, due to my blacklist.

I've appealed, and I'll probably wait a while since it's escalated and only 5 people can check escalated bans, one of which I'm not sure ever comes on here. And yes, I fear they do. But thanks for the support.
