What? What's being upgraded? The server host? The plugins? More staff? What are you talking about?
Oohhhhh I just saw announcements. Yeah I'm glad the server is increasing its capacity to hopefully stop more of the lag.

I am pretty sure he is talking about the Quality of the servers, Not specifically the player capacity.
I'm not a skeppy fanboy. Take a look at some of my post history. Watching skeppy doesn't automatically make you a fanboy. I have better things to do with my life than logging on and spamming 14. Also, why is more people playing on the server a bad thing? Why do you dislike the fact that Neon worked hard to improve the server so more people can play and enjoy the game?
Yes, he did optimise the plugins but they also upgraded the actual machine(s) that the server runs on. Servers are just hardware. Since IL doesn't host servers in their own datacenter, they don't really have control over the quality of the hardware. A well optimised server with a cheap machine will run better than a poorly made server on a powerful machine.
