For me it seems like you just open it at random times and only announce a few players of the fact that they're opened and that they stay quiet to the rest of the community. Also I haven't seen a thread like this for the new staff:

EIther it took you 1 goddamn month to finally accept all the staff or you were just hiding the fact that the apps were open in the time period between the 24th of October and now (1st of December)
Are you scared of the people that might end up being toxic towards the new staff members and making hate threads? If that's the case, then please explain to people that by hating them they're just gonna end up being punished themselves (and lose their chance at becoming staff) and it won't affect the final decision made by the higher-ups (aka. Mega and Zelkam).

Ok fine I might be a bit of a hypocrite as I was toxic towards Smooved, but that's after he got demoted and he decided to shit on IL and say his "custom server" was better than IL
