In the spawn, it says there is an End Dimension, so I used Eyes of Ender, but it got me nowhere! Is there actually an End Dimension or is the spawn trolling me? And if there is, can you send the coords? Thanks!

bruh that's not the end portal.. it just takes you to /wild. Also most of the end portals are claimed or griefed.
Like, I know that, but I followed the EoE, but it led me to nowhere.
then I don't know what you did, because if you did it properly you should have gotten into the end
TIp: forget about the end, you get nothing from it
