I got my kit pro gear(i think) from vote crate… The server was laggy to everyone and i timed out in the PVP area, when i joined back i was dead and i lost my kit... Is there any way that i could get that kit back?

Yes, this is an ongoing server-side problem, which the developer is aware of, and he is working to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, you cannot get your items back.

Something similar happened to me where apparently I had gotten an invaded crate key, I went over to my enderchest at spawn with some items I wanted to store away and accidentally opened two kit god, but I didn't have the inventory space. Shouldn't there be something that tells you if you don't have enough space ahead of time or a confirmation to use keys? The confirmation could help with lag since players could just have another second to think about using their key when it's lagging.
