Guys, I need your help. This guy looks like he might have anti-knock back but I'm not sure. I don't know if hitting yourself backwards is a hack, but I feel he is just lagging, but my game wasn't laggy. So, I need your help and advice if I should report him to the forums. Thank you!

Report him regardless, because logs can be checked if necessary. However, you should've checked his ping in order to see if it was lag or not. But, personally I think he was just lagging really bad.
Can I get false-report type of thing if I falsely report him? Will something happen to me?
Absolutely not. In the moment, /report is effective too. If mods are seeing both alerts being set off and players reporting, it will help the situation.
imo, I think players should really only make player reports on cheaters if they're 100% sure they were cheating.

Yeah even for me he looked like he was pretty laggy, It doesn't look like Anti-Knockback
Moderators can't see anti-cheat alerts.

I think the anti cheat would have detected it and banned him and unless the anti cheat system was down at the time, it was most likely
1. lag
2. ping
3. if it is a hack, you can report it or message a staff to get some information on it.
that is 100% not Anti-KB complete ping/lag on both of your parts
Yeah you can see after the first three times you hit him, the hits registered about 3 seconds late. That means its just bad ping.
