Are you seriously questioning why people are leaving?

IMO Staff are really nice. It can just be annoying. My friend bought the fly command in survival yesterday. He had it for a few hours and now it is gone. Hes done so much and many staff members have helped but they can't do anything.
 
I agree with you 100%. Management is really inefficient and doesn't care about the server. Skeppy is also a terrible owner. The only reason he cares about the server is because it gives him content. I understand that he has videos to make, but he should at least help his staff a little bit. Skeppy has zero involvement in ban appeals, staff applications, forums, and at this point, I wonder if he even knows what updates they'll be adding next. He also has no idea how to use a lot of the plugins and often needs help from Mega or Zelk when hosting basic events. This means that he rarely talks with Neon and has no clue how the server is set up. In his videos, he does things like opping random people, breaking the economy, hosting events that cause people to loose gear and kill streaks, sending random players between servers, and more. This is great for fans, but terrible for people who actually want to play on the server. As BadBoyHalo pointed out in an earlier video, doing this to players isn't acceptable. On MunchyMC the staff team and BBH care a lot about the server and he actually helps with server management.

Don't understand the deal with everyone in here arguing about how "inefficient" the management team is yet you guys still play the server, doesn't seem that "inefficient" to you guys.

we're not leaving because we have hope in the server, but i mean, it wouldn't hurt to have some improvements

Very doubtful that is the actual cause of you guys staying. Atleast 50+ posts similar posts have been made yet I see everyone still playing and having fun!

as i said, we have hope in the server's improvements, we are not leaving because we have fun in the community, come on. a lot of players wish the server good, but the issues should be looked at and considered

honestly i agree with this, theres a lot the staff need to work on, and developers. i feel like the servers purpose is honestly just for videos sometimes because of the way its ran. the main thing driving me away from the server is the lack of chat moderation/toxicity. every 5 minutes i see messages being spammed about how ___ scammed ___ and them being sworn out and attacked. smh
 
honestly I think mode and sr mods and builders and the lower rank staff actually do really good job, but like everyone above that is careless about the server unless it affects them directly

We're not saying that the entire server is bad and no one should play it. InvadedLands is actually a pretty nice server in some areas. But it can be improved in others. We are simply giving feedback and pointing out the areas in which the server could improve, not hating on it and saying bad things for no reason.
 
this server was better when skeppy didnt use his fans just to get video ideas or even get video ideas from the same topic 20 times. Or when tehneon didnt join. Or when most of the management wasn't idiotic. Or when everyone actually cared.
