If you were false banned and then blacklisted because someone chargeback es on you could you still apply for staff when next season comes.

It says on the requirements that you have to not have been banned in the past 6 months and I think they aren't going to change that, as they aren't going to specifically look into depth into whether you've been falsely accused or you were actually hacking (so, yes it is possible to apply). And the next staff season is probably going to be in a couple of months so you should be good, assuming you are unbanned (if you were banned temporarily). You can read the requirements here.

Doesn't it seem fishy that a random would be willing to buy you something costing over $200?
If your ban turns out to be false I'm pretty sure that rule doesn't apply anymore.
