Can you get banned for telling people to come join my village?

I just got banned 40 minutes ago and I am not sure if I got banned either for:
1. Doing what the title says
2. Accidentally pasting a mc party server address that I will take part in as a dj tmrw [not knowing that I had it on my clipboard while pasting my announcement to come join my village into general chat] [I copy-pasted the server address into my server list so I have it ready for the event tmrw just before I joined IL survival]

P.S. the advertising another server mistake was one time.

It was def for the IP part, if you clarified in chat that it was a mistake and you didn't mean to then you probably shouldn't of been banned. People have done that before and it happens every once in a while. Not sure why you got banned for it though, that's kinda dumb imo
