You have to buy a rank if you want to upgrade you would need to buy vip in order to use that package

Are you sure you're buying an upgrade for the right game mode? Make sure you're using the right ign and you have a rank on kit if so

i do it's been like this since k1 and k2 merged, i only have vip from a rank on soup (elite) that converted to vip on kit

I think the problem is that you didn’t buy vip by urself. I’ve seen this happen before and they all said that they either won a rank from skeppy or from the event. So probably contact a staff member for help.

i think its because you dont have VIP yet, but you can directly buy MVP for 21$ in the ranks section instead of the rank upgrade section

they realized it was bcuz they got the rank as a transfer from soup when it was a thing so they didn’t purchase it through the store so the store doesn’t know they have vip

yes but all they can do is buy MVP at full price or contact a staff member

If you already have the previous rank make a purchase support ticket. Zelk will give you a special code or something to make it to where you can buy it.
