Is block Glitiching bannable

Is block glitching like not to abuse just to go up and down up and down allow able or no because everyone does it and I don't know if it is bankable or not

It states in the rules that there is

• No glitch abusing/exploiting (e.g. find a way to get out of the map, bypass restrictions, block glitching, glitching into spawn; no matter your intention)

The Anti-Cheat can sometimes ban you for fly when you block glitch, and it is technically against the rules. So really just don't do it, there is no reason to.
