Whenever an owner and/or manager unwhitelists the server to host an event for the players, then yes it is possible to get into an event from that specific queue that you have most recently listed above in your question.

But in sense, the event-A queue would be a priority over B. Unless it randomly picks from both queues?

well to my understanding event a is meant for events with players from invaded, and the other events are for small things skeppy does with other youtubers for his video. They allowed people to queue for all the events but im pretty sure event a is the only one that is gonna get un-whitelisted.
