something to add to McDonald's statement: The requirements that they seek for staff on here are INSANE, for instance, I have just recently turned eligible to be staff, I wanted to help the staff team rise up, but apparently they pick out the smallest details about people. I'm not butthurt that I got denied, I'm just saying that if you guys want more staff, then you're gonna have to make the guidelines a little less harsh, especially on a server where there are basically no REAL players that want to play for the fun of it. I mean think about it, they have a total of 14 mods/senior-mods and a total of 5 people in management including the owner, they have a TOTAL OF 21 STAFF MEMBERS, and I don't have much hope that they will acquire more than 3 trainees.

actually they're just normal requirements. They simply expect the best of the best not just normal good. Average is pretty much what they don't want.

that's what I'm saying, they can't expect to have the best of the best if they want more help with staff, I really don't know where I'm going with this lol, I just thought it was somth to point out
edit: especially with the fanbase that they have, they need a lot of staff online to handle the mutable offenses

completely true, sometimes even the best of the best get trainee, but not accepted ;p (smooved)
