I know your hyped. but, before u apply u need to make sure u fit all the requirements before applying. Don’t rush ur application, take a week or two to revise and rework. staff apps are open for an entire month, take ur time and put in effort for the best chances

If you do those steps, you have a better chance at getting mod on the server (I know I'm not mod, just from other experiences on other servers and I am basing some of these off some other applications).

I have applied with those steps, and my application is looking promising, but still not 100% sure.

I really hope people read this before they go and apply.
Remember The Following:
- put a ton of detail, when you think it is enough, put more
- make sure everything is spelled correctly, I recommend getting Grammarly
- be sure you use proper English, don't have run-on sentences which make no sense
- be yourself, don't lie and pretend to act a certain way, they will figure it out
