Almost Everthing Wrong with InvadedLands. Part 1

Top 5, think about all the expenses they have first, there are at least 4 servers which probably costs around $200 a month (at least),
They don't pay Skeppy I know for a fact. But still 200$ is like 1 top rank from the store on one server. Even still they make way more then 200$
 
There are plenty of things wrong with invaded, but a lot of your points are invalid. People have already addressed the bigger stuff, however, it looks like you just added a few random bits of stuff at the bottom for no particular reason. Builder apps, for one, are not handled constantly. They are looked at when more builders are needed. That's simply how it works. I also disagree with adding staff apps to the list There doesn't seem to be a good reason to add them here- they all get handled in the end. It's your decision if you apply for staff and wait a month, it's not like they even owe responding to anyone on those in the first place. (and I do get that you added them because other people mentioned them, but you added them because you agree with them.)

Secondly, the 'no staff interaction with players' is unnecessary, either that or you were very very unclear. If you mean participating with players in the way of being friendly, that doesn't matter as much. Being friendly with players is important, but there was no reason to add that if you intended it that way. If you meant that there needs to be more communication between staff and players (ie: adding what players want), I agree, however, you were very unclear with it.

I do think that people are still having fun here, although it's harder when you don't have friends who are active on the server. A server should be playable even without people talking to you in VC (in my opinion.) and I do agree that there could (not should) be more things/goals to strive for (esp on kit) but I don't think it's necessary as the server has already been built on playing the server just to play. It'd be a lovely feature, though. I don't think a lot of your points/ideas are valid buttt everyone else has, as I said, addressed them already (both here in the replies and other forum posts), so I'm not going to repeat what other people have said. Please don't take this as me arguing, I'm just debating because I like to see other people's insight. ? take care!

Hi everyone, First of all, do not tell me "oH wHY dONT u jUST qUIT iF yOU dONT lIKE tHE sERVER" cause I love InvadedLands and Skeppy and Mega and Zelk. It's just recently alot of things have been going down recently in the community and I'd like to address things. Also RIP Wqlk we will forever miss you on Invaded and we hope to see you again. Anyways:

1. Toxicity on the Forums, KitPVP and Survival.
I get that Skeppy's fan base is mostly children. But I shouldn't be getting yelled at in messages after getting killing a iron on KitPVP. I feel what they should do is make a thing where if someone starts cussing you out in messages it will trigger a "filter" bot like MunchyMC which reports the message to online moderators. That way I don't have to deal with 5 year olds raging at me and we could filter out a lot of toxicity. Also on the forums people will send you death threats if they don't agree with them, happened numerous times to me. Smh.

2. Lack of Updates, Announcements and Bad Updates
Trust me, it's not easy to put out updates every month. Especially for Neon and Mega since they also work for Mine men Club. But come on guys it took you 4 months for a kitpvp update which any good developer could've coded in 2 weeks tops. Also every 2 out of 3 updates, You don't even make a announcement on Discord or Twitter. For example as of 9/4/2020 the last tweet on the @ InvadedLands twitter account was DECEMBER of 2019 saying that KitPVP was opening in 3 minutes. What the actual ****. Also on the official InvadedLands discord server, discord.invadedlands.net, the last post in #announcements (besides the network check last Friday) was FEBRUARY 1ST. To fix these two issues what they should do is 1. Hire More Developers and 2. Get like a social media manager or something so we can actually know when resets are and when stuff are happening. Also **** the new map its so shit and dosen't even fit into like a "spring" theme. I hate having to chase people around a jungle well some God/Overlord in Prot 4, Sharp 3 is comboing me into a pool of lava.

3. Such Dry Gameplay on KitPVP

KitPVP nowadays has basically been: 1. Get a kit that you know that your gonnna die with. 2. Kill 20 irons untill your hand hurts from comboing there asses. 3. Get chased across the map by a God/Overlord/Lord in Prot 3/4 well you use 10000 god apples to save your self. 4. Lose your kill streak to a player in much better gear then you . Rinse, repeat. Thats how its been for the past 3 seasons of KitPVP and it probaly won't change anytime soon. Also, why does a server that makes 100s, maybe even 1000s of dollars, not give rewards to Top 5 Kills. There's no point in grinding for leaderboards if your not getting anything out of it.

There are tons of things I didn't put on this list since It wasn't appropriate for the forums. Mention anything I might of forgot about and I'll edit it in.

Things I forgot:
Blacklist Appeals, Ban Appeals, Staff Apps and Builder Apps take forever to get a response.
No staff interactions with players.
Water Glitch which causes people to lose all their things on skyblock and survival.
Bow Boosting on kitpvp ruins fights, especially people with punch 2.

Thats why I like Munchy a lot better now, with more gamemodes (woolwars is super fun) the community is more mature and people are very kind there unlike Invaded (not talking about everybody).
