okay, so i was blacklisted for someone charging back on a irl deal on survival. i payed them about 30m for a rank and they charged back. then i messaged staff and then i was banned on the discord... what shall i do? should i make a new discord account or is that against rules and policies

make a blacklist appeal explaining your situation with the charge back and the person who chargebacked will be punished, you will be unblacklisted. do not spam staff on discord

Messaging users in the discord is forbidden, instead please resort to filing an unban appeal. If what you are saying is true, you will most likely be unblacklisted. The system will automatically blacklist the user regardless, but if it wasn't you who charged back, you should be all good.

lauren how do i get the attention of some one who can help me cuz my appeal has been listed for 24 hours and nothing has happend. i just want to play on my fav server again

try and provide as much proof as you can, and be patient. if you know the person who cbed on you it'll make it much easier for the managers to accept etc.
