EULA has always had a problem enforcing these kinds of rules; they've tried doing it before and it didn't really go well, so I doubt anything will really happen as a result of the new EULA.

probs just like how they enforced it back then, by emailing the servers and if they don't do anything they add them to a blacklist. However, sometimes the server blacklist doesn't work & I doubt they're gonna update every single MC version for their blacklist to work. And even then the community has bypassed it.

BTW IL has been blacklisted in the past, but it didn't affect it like at all

So I did a little bit more research, and turns out most of these things aren’t even new, but they just made the EULA more ‘specified’, so I don’t think invaded will have any problems with this since they somehow didn’t get any consequences from the previous EULA either
